Typically it takes 1-2 days to process an order and 2-4 days for shipping depending on your location, excluding weekends, which means one week for standard ground delivery and 4-5 days for Fed Ex ground. Credit card authorization must match the billing address in order for your order to be processed. If you order a bunch of different brands on one order it can slow down the processing or we may have to split the shipment.
Please include a phone number and last name with your order in case there are any problems or shortages with your order, then we can contact you quickly and provide alternative solutions. Custom t-shirt printing orders take 2-3 weeks from the time the artwork is approved. Email artwork to admin@yque.com in a PDF, PSD or EPS file at the size that you want it printed, or at least indicate the width of the design to be printed in inches in the email with the artwork.
We no longer ship blank t-shirts to Alaska, Hawaii or APO's as the additional time paperwork are too demanding to timely provide these products, not to mention the cost.
We do not ship blank t-shirts for International Orders, except on a pre-pay via wire transfer basis and there is no guarantee for delivery outside the continental US unless you use the very expensive Fed Ex International delivery system or a freight forwarding agent.
No t-shirts or custom printed t-shirt orders for international delivery. Credit card authorization must match the billing address in order for your order to be processed. For very large orders we require prepayment for all orders via bank wire.

Return Policy
We accept returns for up to 30 days on most merchandise for a full refund or credit, minus the shipping cost, except for blank t-shirts. We do not accept returns on approved custom printing t-shirt orders, as long as the order was printed appropriately based on the sample approval. To return merchandise you should mail the package to the address shown below.
