1) Shirt Level: First, Pick a level based on the estimated total quantity of shirts for your order by deciding on how many pieces you think you want to print. Then select the appropriate level for your job Levels (#0-10).
2) Artwork: Determine the number of colors in your design. Each color requires a separate print and a screen. Find the printing cost based on the number of colors in your design. Each screen will cost $30 per color per print location for setup. For more information on the available shirt styles just click on a Quantity Level link on the left or on the brands of shirts towards the right hand side of the screen to see more details and compare products. We offer only the most popular, affordable and readily available products so that there are less complications on completing your order. Each time you add a different color, brand, style or type of shirt you are potentially adding time to process the order. If you are in a hurry please keep it simple and we can get it done on schedule.
3) Quote: Add the cost of the shirts to the cost of the printing and your have your per piece quote. The lower prices are for white shirts and the higher prices are for color shirts. Usually black and other colors of shirts are $1 more per piece. You can mix and match shirt colors, sizes as long as they total the number for the level you picked. Mixing brands within an order can slow down the production as we will need to get the shirts from multiple warehouses. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the time we approve the artwork. Shopping Cart Technical Note: When ordering you have to order each size separately in the shopping cart, then enter the "Order" button. Use the "Back" button to order different sizes, colors or brands until you complete your order. You can also order blank t-shirts without printing. The cart does not add screen cost or art fees, these are charged separately.Shirt payments are required on all jobs and at a minimum it will cover the shirts and setup cost, usually 70% of order. Shipping cost and time depends on your location. Sample approval can be done via email jpeg photo, digital mockup or hardcopy via mail. Artwork is prefered to be at the size that you want it printed and the maximum printable area is approx 10-11" wide by 12-14" high, but the standard print area is 10" wide X 12" high.
